Challenges

A key challenge was that the lighting fixtures were selected nearly eight years before the house was completed. This created a risk of the design feeling outdated or misaligned with the final architecture.

Solution

The solution was to prioritize function over fashion, focusing on performance, proportion, and material integrity. This approach ensured the lighting remained timeless, relevant, and seamlessly integrated despite the passage of time.
